1 Introduction

2 Account Registration & Management

Each user may open only one Sonbet account. Attempting to create multiple accounts using the same identity, device, IP address, or payment method is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions. If such a violation is detected, all associated accounts will be immediately closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

2.3 Account Security

Sonbet follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure secure and legitimate transactions. Identity verification may be required before withdrawals or after reaching a certain deposit threshold. Required documents include: a copy of your National ID or passport, a recent selfie, and proof of address.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Sonbet's services. This is one of the most important requirements in Sonbet's Terms & Conditions. Sonbet's services are not available to minors.

• You must play on your own account only, not on behalf of anyone else.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

Deposits on Sonbet can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, or approved e-wallets. No processing fee is charged on deposits. The minimum deposit amount is listed on the platform and may be subject to change.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delays may occur if KYC verification has not been completed. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

Sonbet supports transactions in BDT. If currency conversion is required, it will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate and a small processing fee may apply.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Wagering Requirement

5.2 Bonus Validity

Every bonus has an expiry date. Any bonus not used before it expires will be automatically cancelled.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Winnings generated using bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements.
• Using multiple bonuses simultaneously is not permitted unless explicitly allowed.

6 Gameplay Policy & Fair Play Guarantee

All games on Sonbet use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, meaning every outcome is completely random and impartial — no manipulation is possible. Independent third-party auditors regularly verify this system.

The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is displayed on the relevant game page. If a technical error occurs during gameplay, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

6.1 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection or device failure, the system will automatically attempt to resume from where it left off. If that is not possible, the game will be considered void.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under Sonbet's Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions

• Attempting to pass KYC verification using a false identity or fraudulent documents
